Wash daal and soak 10 min.

Cut Palak.and onion and tomato in to small pieces.

Daal KO Patili ma daal ke us mein 2 cup water add Karein phir Palak,tomato or onion add Karein. Phir sare ingredients daal ke Halki aanch Pe 30 min Pakaen.phir daal KO ghotni se ghotle or 5 min take Pakaien.

Aik Karahi ma 2 tbsp ghee Dale us ma lehsan,lal mirch,or Curry patta add kar ke 3 min pakaen.jab daal tayyar ho jai to us mein green chilli daal De phir baghar lagaade.

Zaeqedar daal tayyar.........

Serve with chapati and salad.
