Grilled Pork Chops with Lemon Zest and Rosemary

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Measure and prepare the ingredients for the pork chops. In a small bowl, mix together all the marinade ingredients. Season the pork chops with the marinade and let them sit at room temperature for 45 minutes.

Preheat a grill pan until hot. Sear and cook the pork chops on both sides. Serve immediately.
