Boil the potatoes, peel it and mash it up.

Mix the flour, milk, egg, pepper, salt chilli powder and coriander leaves to fine batter. If thick, add few tablespoons of water to bring the batter to pouring consistency.

Heat the pan, add the batter using a ladle. Flip on both sides. Potato crepe is ready!!!
