In lrg. sauce pan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

Add Rice Krispies. Stir until well coated.

Using buttered spatula, evenly press mixture into 13×9×2-in. pan coated with cooking spray or butter.

Cool. Cut into 2 in. sauares. Serve
