Steps

Take poha in grinding jar and grind into fine powder. Now add besan/Gram flour in poha flour and Mix well.

Now take a pan pour water and add salt in it and take a boil. Once boil comes turn off the flame and pour the poha and besan mixture in it and Mix well. Now cover the pan with lid and leave it for 5 minutes.

After 5minutes take the mixture in a plate and cool down for 2minutes and add corn flour and knead a dough. No need to add additional water or anything in it. Apply little oil on your palm and then knead a dough.

Once dough is ready take small portion of dough and make balls and then roll it long and thin in kurkure pattern by leaving finger type impression on it. Make ready all together and keep it ready to fry.

Now take a deep pan put oil in it to fry all our kurkure. Oil must be heated on low - medium flame.

Now add few pieces in it to fry and cover the pan with lid so that oil won't come on you. Keep folding up and down in between and bake till it turn golden brown in colour. Fry all the batch with safety.

Once all batches are fried add chaat masala and red chilli powder together and then pour on our crispy crunchy kurkure and tose it well to get coated with masala from all the sides.

It's ready to serve now.

Tip: Don't forget to cover with lid while frying else you may burn urself from oil.
