Steps

Make a dough take a bowl add gram flour add salt and add oil add ajwain mix well add some water make a tight dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

For stuffing take a pan heat oil add besan cook for 5 minutes add coriander seeds, fennel seeds, kasuri methi, red chilli powder mix well add moong dal paste mix well cook for 10 minutes. Until becomes dry.

Take a small dough make a ball and press it fill the stuffing make a tiki shapes. And fry it both of side good well cook. Ready to serve with Aloo sabji.
