Okra soup
Our miyan kubewa😋🤤eaten with amala, semo or tuwo.
Steps

Divide okra into two parts. Blend half and cut half into pieces and set aside.set pot on fire. Boil water with potash. Put the fish in the water to cook small and remove it.

If the fish is slightly cooked, remove it and set it apart. Pour the blended okra in the water. Make sure it’s absorbed in the water and add the cut okra. Add a pinch of oil.

Add seasoning cubes and ground cray fish (optional) add ground chilly pepper and onion.

Return the fish and allow the soup to cook. Thank you ☺️
