Choco-Cashew Nankhathai (Airfryer Recipe)

Traditional Indian sweet Nankhathai in chocolate flavor.
Before I had created almond Nankhathai,walnut Nankhathai.. today I experiment using cocoa powder to create this delicious recipe.
Instead of baking OTG,I baked in Airfryer.

Steps

In mixing bowl add ghee,beat it till fluffy. Add sugar powder again best till fluffy.

Add maida,rava and cocoa powder.. mix well and make soft dough.

Make small gently flatten shape balls. Press few cashewnuts pieces on it as shown.

Preheat Airfryer for 5 minutes on 180 temperature. Place prepared Nankhathai balls in it. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 temperature.

Cool and Store in Airtight Jar.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Choco-Cashew Nankhathai.
