Chocolate pot with chocolate mousse

This dish is close to my heart. I just love how it looks. Exactly like a pot. Everything is edible. Isn't it cool? The pot is made up of dark chocolates and inside there is white chocolate mousse with strawberry sauce. I used the sauce so that the taste would be balanced. Hope all will like it.

Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler or in microwave.
Mix well till it comes to room temperature - 2
Meanwhile give a slight cut on the plastic glasses.

Now pour the melted chocolate and turn slowly so that the chocolate coated well all over the glass.

Turn the glass down so that all the extra chocolate will come out. Repeat for all and keep in the refrigerator for 20-30mins.

Meanwhile prepare the Pudding.
Mix cornflour with little water and mix well so that no lumps will remain. - 6
Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan, add sugar, salt. Keep the flame low.

When everything mixed well switch off the flame.
Add chocolate and let it sit for 5min. - 8
Stir so that all the chocolate melt.
Switch on the gas, cook on a low flame. Add cornflour slurry, vanilla essence. Mix well. - 9
Stir till everything will mix and it becomes a creamy texture.

Cool and keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2hours.

Take out the chocolate coated glasses. Remove slowly the outer surface from the slit given in the beginning without breaking the inner chocolate glass.

Now put 2tbsp white chocolate pudding, then pour 1tsp strawberry sauce (I used homemade sauce) and again 1tbsp pudding.

Crush any biscuit. Place on the top for soil effect. Finally put 1mint stem carefully in the middle.

Chocolate pot is ready to be served.
