Mango is most demanding fruit in summer. And in summer we all love to have kulfi. This mango rabdi kulfi so creamy and so yummy, you would not want to miss out on this one!

Mango is most demanding fruit in summer. And in summer we all love to have kulfi. This mango rabdi kulfi so creamy and so yummy, you would not want to miss out on this one!

First boil milk. Once it's boiled, cream will stick to pan's side but keep mixing in milk and bring it to thick texture, like rabdi. If you like cardamom flavor then add pinch of cardamom powder. Please do this process on slow flame.

Rabdi is ready, keep it aside to cool down.

Peel the mango and grind the pulp. if possible grind in such way that few small mango pcs should remain. (Not necessary)

Now mix rabdi & mango pulp nicely, and just taste, if you feel sugar should be added add as per your taste. Add dry fruits if you like.

Turn this mixture into kulfi mold, I had kullad so I gave try for that. Cover kullad top with foil paper and freeze kulfi for 8-10 hours. Enjoy your summer mango kulfi!!!
