First take muslin cloth put curd in it hang it for over night to remove exess water from curd.

Then melt the chocolate by the process of double boiler.

After that take melted chocolate in a bowl add cream and mix it well then add curd and powder sugar as needed and mix all the ingredient well.

Take the shrikhand batter in another bowl put melted chocolate on it and garnish with sliced chopped cashew and pistachew and finally chocolate shrikhand is ready to serve.
