Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 tbspmelted butter
  • 2 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 4baking apples, tops sliced, insides scooped
  • 2 blockscream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  • crushed graham for dusting

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    In small bowl mix together butter, brown sugar and cinnamon

  3. 3

    Placed apples in baking dish and brush on apples. Bake for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Meanwhile in large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Spoon mixture into stuffed apples and bake for 10 mins.

  5. 5

    Garnish with cinnamon and crushed graham crackers
