Steps

Dry roast the wheat flour till golden brown.

Heat the residue, add grated jaggery. It will melt. When jaggery completely melts.

Mix it with the roasted flour. Mix well. Make balls/ladoos. Making of ladoos should be done quickly before it gets cold or else it won't bind.

Ladoos are ready to be consumed. Offer to the God in home temple first and then enjoy it.

I have not added any dry fruits or cardamom. It's optional. Otherwise I regularly add it.
