Firstly wash well with turmeric water the kidneys smell will me disappeared

Chop onions & tomato

Now pick a pressure cooker then add in those mutton kidneys chopped,then add in all the spices mentioned above with oil then add a glass of water then cover the lid until 3-4 whistles

Then open it and fry well till the oil separates & the gravy is thick then add Garam masala powder & coriander leaves off the flame after two minutes.

It’s ready to enjoy with hot chapatis in breakfast or with white rice in lunch have healthy food stay safe... !!!
