Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a cooking pan,add water and add your eggs,oil and let it boil.(The oil helps for an easy peel).

  2. 2

    After boiling for 10 minutes,put them in an ice bath or a bowl with cold water and let it stay for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Knock the upper part and lower part and gently roll then remove the egg shell.Sprinkle black pepper and salt.

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy!
