Steps

Preperation for current paste.add chopped tomatos,coriander,dry chillies,pepper,ginger garlic paste and coconut milk in a grinder and grind it well then set it aside.

Add oil in a pan..add onions,raai,curry leaves and fry till the onion turn golden brown.

Add salt,ginger garlic paste and chicken until mix well.

Add curry paste that was prepare before.

Cover and cook on medium flame for 15 mins.

Dish out madrasi chicken.garnish well.serve with rice or naan.
