Take milk half a liter add cornflour, GMS, CMC & Sugar as described quantity and mix it very well. Boil the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes and stir at one side

Let the mixture keep aside to cool down and when it's cold, take it on our a container and put plastic or silver foil on top of the container. Now put the container on freezer to set for up to 4 to 5 hours.

After settledown take the container out of the freezer cut the mixture in pieces and put the mixture on a mixture jar now add some cardemom Powder, muskmelon pure, cream, vanilla essence, almond and churn well.

Now take that mixture out from the mixture jar and put it back to container and let it set again for up to 7 to 8 Hours.

Here you go your delicious homemade ice cream is ready. Decorate with jelly, cherry and chocolate vermicelli and enjoy.
