Steps

Wash your rice with salt and warm water. Drain and keep aside.

In a pot add 1/2 cooking spoon of coconut oil and 1 spoon of veg oil.

Add the pepper and onion mix. Fry for few minutes. Add the stock, coconut milk, and little water if needed. Correct seasoning and allow to boil.

Add the washed rice. When the rice is almost done, add the green beans and carrot and allow to cook. The green pepper should be added last when the rice is cooked.

Serve with shredded beef sauce or any soup of choice.
