Grease and flour your baking tin. preheat your oven for 10 minutes under 170 degrees Celsius. Sieve the flour together with the baking powder.

In a mixing bowl, add in the boiled butternut, sugar, salt and cinnamon powder. mash up the butternut using a fork to mix.

Break in the eggs and the oil. give a good whisk.

Add in the sifted flour and stir in one direction until well infused
- 5
Transfer into the greased baking tin and top with some butternut seeds. Place in the preheated oven and reduce the heat by 10 degrees. let bake for 30 - 35 minutes

Insert a tooth pic, if it comes out clean, remove the tin from the oven and allow to cool completely.

Serve and enjoy.
