Baida roti
it's quite simple and not complicated as it looks.
Steps

Knead a dough mixing water, oil, pepper crush, curd, baking soda and salt

In a kadai add oil, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, and saute well

Add spices like turmeric,red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, jeera powder, dhania powder and salt and saute well

Add chicken keema and saute well

Do not add water

Do not cover with lid and let the chckn cook well
- 7
Keep stiring to avoid bottom burn or stck

Off the flame when cooked and garnish with coriander leaves

Let the keema cool

Take small portion of dough and roll a roti
- 11
Add the keema stuff in the middle of the roti and top with egg

Wrap it well,make sure egg wont leak from corner

Shallow fry it adding oil and butter

Serve it cutting into half
