  • ૧કપ મેંદો
  • ૫ ચમચી દહીં
  • ૨ ખાંડ
  • લીંબુ
  • ૧કપ પાણી
  • કેસર
  • ૧ ચમચી બેકિંગ પાવડર

  1. 1

    સૌપ્રથમ એક બાઉલ લઈ ૧ વાટકી મેંદો નાખવો અને પાંચ ચમચી દહીં નાખી બરાબર મિક્સ કરી લેવું. હવે એમાં એક ચમચી બેન્કિંગ પાવડર નાખી બરાબર મિક્સ કરી લેવું.

    હવે એમાં જરૂરિયાત મુજબ પાણી નાખી ખીરું રેડી કરી લેવું.

    હવે ગેસ ચાલુ કરી ચાસણી બનાવવા માટે એક નાની તપેલીમાં ૧ કપ પાણી અને બે કપ ખાંડ નાખી બરાબર મિક્સ કરી લેવું. હવે ચાસણીમાં એક બે ટીપા લીંબુનો રસ નાખો.ચાસણીમાં લીંબુના રસ નાખવાથી ચાસણી સારી બને છે

    ચાસણીમાં કેસર નાખવું. ચાસણીને ઢીમા તાપે થવા દેવી. ચાસણી એક તારની થાય ત્યાં સુધી ગેસ ચાલુ રાખો

    એક નાની કડાઈમાં તેલ નાખી તેલ ગરમ થવા દેવું તેલ ગરમ થાય પછી ગરમ તેલમાં જલેબી બનાવી ગરમ ગરમ જલેબી બનાવેલી ચાસણીમાં બેથી ત્રણ મિનિટ સુધી રાખવી પછી જલેબીને ડીશમાં કાઢી લેવી.

    હવે જલેબીને ડીશમાં લઈ લો ગરમ સર્વ કરી શકો છો.
