In a bowl mix your butter with sugar until creamy and put aside

Using your mixer, whisk your egg white until creamy (looking like whipped cream)

In your first mixture and a small amount of milk and mix, then add the dry ingredients at a time, add all the milk and flour then add your egg white then and a small amount of flour and your bater is ready

Take a small amount of your bater add your red colour and mix

Use yor baking pan or cupcake cups and bake
