Ingredients

  • 1 headcabbage
  • 2 tablespoonsbutter
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1-2 tablespoonssugar depending on how sweet you want it
  • Dashonion and garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the cabbage into quarters and soak in salty cold water for 15-30 minutes to ensure any bugs are out. Chop up as fine as you desire.

  2. 2

    Put all ingredients in a pan on medium heat and sauté until tender. About ten minutes and that’s it!
