I wanted to have a quick, easy and healthy lunch, so I created this.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1serving Hot cooked rice
  2. 3leaves Cabbage
  3. 1 tbsp★Soy sauce
  4. 1/2 tspSugar
  5. 1 tsp★Gochujang
  6. 1Doubanjiang
  7. 1Easy melting cheese
  8. 1Egg yolk (or a soft poached egg)
  9. 1Nori seaweed, sesame seeds, mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the cabbage roughly. Combine the ★ ingredients.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cabbage. Add the ★ ingredients.

  3. 3

    After cooking through, add the cheese and cover with a lid. Simmer over low heat.

  4. 4

    When the cheese melts, it is done. Transfer on hot cooked rice and place the egg yolk on top. Garnish with nori or mayonnaise if you like.
