First take 1/2 cup milk add 2 tsp lemon juice and aside for 10 minutes. Your buttermilk is ready.

Now sieve all the dry ingredients..then mix oil and castor sugar until it gets floppy. Then mix all dry ingredients batch by batch and mix the buttermilk together to get a smoothy cake batter with cut and fold method.

Now transfer your mix to a cake tin and bake it for 30 to 40 minutes in preheated kadai or oven.

Meanwhile take a pan add 3 tbs flour with sugar and milk, and cocoa powder,mix it very well as no lumps are form..now put the pan into the gas oven and stir continuously to make a cream consistency. Lastly add the butter to get a glaze texture..Rest it for complete cooling..

Now un mould your cake, add the ganache on top..make some design as per your choice and decorate with some cherries and sprinkle..
