Ingredients

1 serving
  • 300 gmfinger fish
  • 1 tbspoon maida
  • 1 Tbspoon corn flour
  • 1egg
  • 1lemon (juice)
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsppaprika powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspzeera powder
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 Tbspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder

  1. 1

    Make batter with all these ingredients, except oil and crumbs. Marinate fish for 30 min:

    Coat each piece with crumbs.

    Put fish pieces into fridge for half an hour, than fry.
