Ingredients

  • For the dough
  • 4 cupsflour
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 cupswater
  • Oil for frying
  • For the filings
  • Little amounts of oil
  • Dice onions
  • Minced meat
  • Chopped garlic
  • Seasons of your taste

Steps

    Sieved your flour in a clean add salt gradually add the 2 cups of water and form a dough

    Knead the dough for about ten minutes,until not sticky to your hands

  3. 3

    Allow the dough to rest for 5mins

  4. 4

    Use a rolling pin to roll the dough on a clean and cut it into 8 pieces

    Take 1 piece and roll it out in a circular shape and keep it aside and repeat with the rest

    Take one circular shape brush with oil and sprinkle some flour

    Take another one and place it on top of the 1st one brush with oil and then sprinkle some flour ontop And repeat with the rest

    Roll them out together

    Heat your tawa or frying pan and place the sheets on top flip after to 2-3 mins

    Use a medium round plate to trim the edges

    Use pizza cutter or knife and cut the into four then separate the sheet slowly to avoid been cut

    Combine 2 tablespoon of flour with water and form a sticky paste

    Form a cone shape

    Add the minced meat fillings Place a pan on fire add little oil,onions and chopped garlic stir until translucent add the mince meat and stir for about 2 mins on low heat then add your seasonings and allow to cook for 1min

    Use your finger tip and dip inside the paste and paint on the side of your samosa sheet then fold

    Once you are done heat oil and fry your samosa until golden brown

    You can serve your samosa with a dipping sauce
