Mix the besan, green chillies, 2 tsp sugar, ginger, curds, 2 tbsp oil, salt and ½ cup of water in a deep bowl. Whisk the batter in one direction. Now add eno to it mixed with water.

Now apply the oil to the sides of the mug. Pour the batter and microwave it for 2-3 mins. In a pan heat the oil and put curry leaves and mustard seeds.

Also prepare sugar water and add lemon juice to it. Once the dhokla is prepare put this water to it.

Also for garnishing add curry leaves and mustard seeds.
