In a bowl add flour, sugar and yeast mix and keep aside, in another bowl add ur egg and warm milk mix well and keep

Add ur butter into the Dry ingredients and mix, then pour in ur warm milk and egg mixture into the dry Ingredients to make a dough, add 3 tablespoon of warm water (if needed)

Knead ur dough for about 30-30 min then keep to rest for 10-20min

Keep to rest for 10-20min cover with kitchen towel

After rest roll and cuts into shapes, keep on a tray to rise for 30min, then fry in medium heat till Golden brown

For ur glaze, add ur icing sugar and ur cocoa powder into a bowl mix them together, followed by 2 tablespoon of warm liquid milk and mx, to make a thick paste, then add ur final 1 tablespoon of milk and mix till all have been dissolved (Keep in the refrigerator before use)

Dip ur doughnut into ur glaze and keep on top of an oven rack for some min then plate and enjoy

Finally I enjoyed mine with a chocolate milkshake
