Clean the goat's brain with water. In a vessel, boil water and add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt, add the goat's brain and boil it for 5-7 minutes. Remove the brain and allow it to cool. Devein it. Cut it into small pieces.

In a kadhai, add gingelly oil, add cumin seeds and let it splutter, add the shallots and chopped green chilli and saute it till the shallots turn transparent. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell goes off. Add the chopped tomatoes and little salt and saute till it becomes mushy. Add the mentioned spices and saute well. Then add little water so that the masalas get combined with the onion-tomato mixture.

Add the brain pieces and mix well till the masalas combines with the brain. Cover with a lid for 5 minutes. Now it is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves. Mutton brain masala is ready!!!😋😋😋
