Ingredients

  • 10-12Veg Momo
  • 1/4 Cupspring onions, chopped
  • 2 Tspgarlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cupschezwan sauce/chutney or as desired
  • 1/4-1/2 Tspred chili powder (optional)
  • 1 Tbspcooking oil
  • as requiredSalt
  • 2 Tbspchopped spring onion for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, chopped garlic until aromatic and then saute the chopped spring onions for a minute on medium flame

  2. 2

    Add the schezwan chutney, red chili powder, and required salt to the pan. Mix well and cook for a minute

  3. 3

    Add the cooked momos and gently mix and coat well with the sauce. Garnish with more spring onion skin and coriander
