Ingredients

  • 250 gdark chocolate
  • 4 tbspnut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 85 gcornflakes
  • 30 gflaked almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Break up the chocolate in a large heat-proof bowl and add the nut butter.

    Melt in the microwave until smooth, making sure to keep an eye on it, so it doesn’t burn

    Fold the cornflakes and the flaked almonds in

    Using an ice-cream scoop of a regular spoon, drop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Transfer into the fridge and leave to chill, for an hour or until it’s set.
