Potato chips
A snack which is loved by all age group . Easy to cook
Steps

Peel off the potatoes and sliced into chips slicer.

Take a big bowl. Add water in it and dip all potato chips. Add salt.

Keep it aside for 25 to 30 mnts.

After 30 mnts drain the chips. Spread them on kitchen towel for 5 mnts so that towel abosrb the extra water.

Take a pan add oil. Heat it well. Add a few chips in it and fry it on low to medium flame.

Sprinkle chaat masala while serving
