Take a bowl add aata, maida and suji, now add salt, ajwan,kalonji, black pepper and oil mix all together and knead dough add water slowly according to dough requirements

Dough should be bit tight so that puri can make properly

Take a kadhai pour oil and preheat oil and dough make a half and mke small balls and roll with. Roti pin and give puri shape

As oil is heat now fry them

Aloo sabhiji. Take kadhai add 1 tbspn oil, jeera and chopped tomatoes stir gor 10 mint once tomato cooked add chopped boil aloo, and masalas, salt, chily powder, coriander powder,chat masala mix all and 3 tbspn water get one boil sabji is ready to serve.
