Beat the eggs in a container and add chopped dhania, tumeric and black pepper and mix.

Chop the onion and tomato to small sizes(or whatever size you prefer).

In a sufuria/pan, put your desired amount of cooking oil and add the onion and let it cook till golden brown.

Then add the tomato and let it cook till it thickens. Add your egg mixture and stir till you achieve your preferred consistency.

Serve hot with ugali or any other meal of your choice 😄!
