Salads are my forever love. These are always a treat ,no matter it is lunch, brunch or dinner time or it is cold or hot weather. And yes in summers, these are not only a favourite but healthy option . Although this recipe is for 3 servings but I can eat two bowls same time easily 🥰🥰

Steps

Cut the cucumber and tomato into cubes, olives into slices and cherry tomato into halves.

Drain boiled chickpeas and beans properly.

In a bowl add boiled chickpeas and beans and veggies except cherry tomatoes.

In a separate bowl make dressing by adding vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Mix well

Add this dressing to veggies bowl and mix together.

Garnish with cherry tomatoes and finally enjoy.
