Cut Little Cheesy Bread Disc

Steps

Take a bowl. Add chopped capsicum, onion, tomato. Add grated paneer, grated cheese, chopped coriander and mix them well. Now add pepper powder,orange, and salt and mix them.Now add the the last ingredient tomato sauce and mix it them again.

For butter spread - take a small bowl, put the soft butter, tomato sauce and grated cheese and mix it properly.

For disc - take a bred slice and cut with the sharp edged round cutter (you can use any shape of bowl or lid). Now take the smaller size of cutter for the rings and prepare the rings which will be placed on top of the bread disk.

Now take the bread disk and spread the butter on it. Then place the ring on top of disk, press it lightly so that it sticks properly. Now fill the cheese stuffing in the level of bread. Place them on a baking tray.

Preheat the oven and keep the disk for 5-7 mins in it at 180 degree or till the rings are golden brown.

Now the cut little disks are ready and serve them in a plate:-)
