Onion Pakoda

The word pakora is derived from Sanskrit पक्ववट pakvavaṭa,a compound of pakva ('cooked') and vata ('a small lump') or it's derivative a round cake made of pulse fried in oil or ghee.

In a mixing bowl put slice onions, besan, ajwain, salt, coriander leaves, mix it with water and make a lil thik paste.

Heat the oil in kadai and check the temperature it should be medium hight heat put some small small balls on it.

Fried on both sides untill golden brown color and when the raw smells gone.

Sprinkle some chaat masala on it & Serve hot with tea or coffee taste is yummy
