Dry ingredients
1.5 Calmond flour
0.5 Cprotein powder (plain or vanilla)
1 tsppumpkin pie spice
1 Cbaking Splenda
1 tspbaking powder
0.5 tspsalt
0.5 Craisins
Wet ingredients
2eggs
1 Ccooked pumpkin

Sift dry ingredients together. Stir raisins into dry ingredients to coat.

Beat eggs with whisk until light. Beat pumpkin into eggs. Fold in dry ingredients.

Spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes (for medium sized muffins)
