Take khoya add maida and rava/ semolina baking powder and kneel and make soft dough and make balls.

Heat oil on slow flame and deep fry ball on slow flame make sure oil is not very hot. Fry till gold brown.

In one pan boil, three cups water add 2 cups sugar and Elaichi and boil till sugar melt and Water becomes little thick. We should prepare this in advance I am writing here.

Add gulab jamun ball directly to sugar syrup and let them and serve.
