A simple yet a classic Dessert that's relished all over the Country. It's made in different ways in different States and enjoyed with their favourite choice of Rotis, Parathas, Puris or as is. In this simple version, I have served it with Amul Fresh Cream for the evening snack time. It's a perfect way to enjoy a deliciously creamy bowl of Aamras. Just like the famous recipe, Fruit and Cream, this is our own desi Aamras and Cream. Grab it one for yourself quickly.

Add Sugar, Milk, Fresh Cream and Mango slices to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Sugar is optional. You can reduce or skip it altogether if the Mangoes are sweet.

Serve chilled with lots of Fresh Cream on top. Enjoy!
