Steps

Take 1 cup of poha in a bow. Wash, Rinse and drain the water. Let it Soak for 3-4 minutes.

Then in a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, chaat masala, coriander powder, rice flour, garam masala, red chilli powder, Soaked Poha and salt.

Sprinkle some water if required. Mix well and mash slightly. Now make small balls or flat Patties from the mixture. Keep it aside.

Now heat oil in Kadhai. Once the oil is hot, add poha patties and balls in batches. Cook until it becomes crisp and brown from both sides.

Once done, transfer them on kitchen tissue, then transfer to serving plate. And it's ready to eat. Serve hot with tomato ketchup, tamarind or green chutney.
