Steps

Fristly remove corn seeds from corn bunch.wash with water.

Add corn, green chillies, cumin into a blender and roughly blend/ al dente.

This mixture pour into mixing jar and add salt, fresh coriander and mix well.

Heat or ghee into a pan or tawa and spread blend corn mixture.
- 5
Completely cook for one side further cook to other side.
- 6
All patungi ready to like this.
- 7
Patungi ready to serve with garlic coriander chutney or Tomato sauce.
