I used curd, baking powder, baking soda instead of yeast.

In a bowl add 3/4kg wheat flour, 3/4tsp baking soda, 2tsp salt, 1tsp baking powder, 1/4cup curd, 1tbsp oil and mix well. Pour water little by little and knead the dough. Close it with a wet cloth and leave it for 3 hours. After 3 hours it will be doubled.

Pinch a ball sized dough, gently roll to round shape using rolling pin. Do not make too thin nor thick and the size should be within tawa size. Slowly flip over and put it in hot tawa and slightly press. Turn it over in few seconds and take out gently when it comes to light brown. Apply the butter on Naan. Now Butter Naan is ready to serve.
