Ingredients

30minutes
4 servings
  • Boneless chicken in small cubes 250gms
  • 1Egg
  • 2 tbspCornflour
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper crushed
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • Bread slices cut in half 8
  • 2 tspGreen part of spring onions
  • 1 tspSoya sauce

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Make a slurry of egg,cornflour,seasonings and some water.

  2. 2

    Marinate chicken with this batter.

  3. 3

    Apply this mixture over each bread slice and refrigerate for sometime.

  4. 4

    In a pan shallow fry the bread slices from both sides and take out in a platter.

  5. 5

    Serve with Ketchup.
