Steps

Take yolk add oil put onion slices saute untill it becomes brown.

Now add methi saute well and futher add tomato mash it well.

Add salt, red chilli and soya chunks, now add water and let it boil.

After boiling when water gets reduce let low the flame cover the pulav with lid.
- 5
Check the pulav and turn off the gas.
- 6
Serve it with potato or raita or dal it's optional and garnish it with coriander leaves.
