Ingredients

2 hours
5 servings
  • Chicken or sheep mince
  • Seekh kebab masala
  • Salt
  • Rice flour
  • Plain flour
  • Garam masala
  • Ghee or oil
  • Onion
  • Green chilli
  • Ginger and garlic

Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

    Mix all spice in the mince mix well and add oil or ghee mix again.

  2. 2

    Leave it for few hours add mince of onion green chilli ginger and garlic mix well.

  3. 3

    Shallow fry them on very slow flame. Enjoy.
