Ingredients

2 cups
  • 500 mlfresh milk
  • 2 tbsblack tea
  • 3 cmginger
  • 4 pcscardamom pods
  • 1 stickcinnamon
  • 1/2 tspBasil powder
  • 2-3 tbspalm / brown sugar

  1. 1

    Heat the milk in a pot on medium heat

    Smash the ginger add it to the milk, break the cardamom pods and add it to the milk along with the cinnamon sticks

    Let the milk boil, then add the tea, basil powder and palm sugar

    Keep stiring the milk to avoid it's over boiling

    After a while remove it from the stove and strain while pouring it into a cup
