Peel off the skin completely of the banana.

In a bowl add salt and water. Mix well.

Slice the banana using slicer directly in oil. Deep fry chips in oil. Add a spoon of water and salt mixture.

Continue cooking the chips on medium flame till they turn crisp from both the sides and the spluttering sound of oil and water stops, while stirring occasionally. Remove the chips from oil and drain off on an absorbent paper.

You can have both round and long shape for the chips. It's up to you, whatever you want to make.

Take a bowl and add all the spices. Sprinkle it on the chips.
