Mix 5tsp oil and salt with maida and make a medium soft dough with water rest it for 15-20 min

For filling put 1 tsp of oil in a wok and then add cumin,ajwain when they crackle add sweet corn mix well and put rest of the spices and salt..and keep it aside to cool

Now take the dough divide it in equal portion

Now flatten the ball with your hands

Put some filling in it and close it tightly

Now flatten it from the side you close it with the help of your palm

Now put oil in a wok for frying and put your kachori one by one in the oil.The oil should be at low temperature

Now when the kachories float on the surface then you increase the heat at medium flame

Now fry your kachori on medium by fliping them alternatively for 5-7min with the help of a small spoon

Now fry them for 30sec on high flame

Now take them out on an absorbing paper

Now your kachori are ready to serve..You can garnish it with some tomato ketchup and cheese spread..or with green Chutney
